Cookies and browser storage

Last updated: 26 October 2026

GetYourJobs uses a small amount of browser storage to make sign-in and preferences work. This page describes the current web app and marketing site behavior.

Sign-in

The web app uses Firebase Authentication with local browser persistence so you can stay signed in between visits. Clearing site data or changing browser storage settings may sign you out. Google sign-in may also use Google-managed authentication storage during the sign-in flow.

Preferences

The marketing site stores your selected light or dark theme in local browser storage. This preference stays on your device and can be removed by clearing the browser data for GetYourJobs.

Advertising and analytics

The current marketing page does not load advertising pixels or Google Analytics. The app may record first-party usage counts needed to apply product limits and operate account features; details are described in the Privacy Policy.

Manage browser storage

Your browser settings let you inspect and clear cookies and site storage. Blocking all storage can prevent sign-in or saved preferences from working. GetYourJobs does not use browser storage to send messages or apply to jobs.
